The thing I like about working at Holt of California is that it’s a big company, but it’s run like a smaller business. We see the CEO nearly every day. And there are lots of opportunities to advance here. I started out working in the yard four years ago but have been able to move up to a rental sales coordinator. When a salesman makes a deal, he calls us and we talk to the yard and dispatch the equipment the customer needs. Here at Holt of California, there are a lot of people involved to give people the best customer service. But this is a stepping stone. I’m learning as much as I can at the counter because my next step is going to be sales. They do a great job of moving people up at Holt of California.
